

If you would like to lose weight and get Healthy I would like to recommend you that you increase your Fitness Level (incorporate walking / fast walking / running - increase the metabolism rate so the body burns more energy which is stored as BAD FAT on your waist line) into your daily routine and change your intake of food (to contain more natural vitamins - ORGANIC - REAL Fruit and Vegetables) and minimise empty calories like the one found in oil fried food's, softdrinks like Pepsi and other (I call it JUNCK FOOD).
